Back in September 2025, the BNB Chain Most Valuable Builder III (MVBIII) program dropped its September Stars - and Radio Caca (RACA) was one of them. If you held certain NFTs during that time, you likely got a chunk of $RACA tokens and a special Potion NFT. But if you didn’t check your wallet or missed the snapshot, you missed out - and there’s no second chance.
What Was the RACA x BSC MVBIII Airdrop?
The RACA x BSC MVBIII September Star airdrop wasn’t just another token giveaway. It was part of a curated program by BNB Chain to spotlight projects that were actively building real utility on the network. Radio Caca was chosen as one of 12 Monthly Stars for September, announced on October 15, 2025. The airdrop was tied directly to NFT ownership - not just holding $RACA in your wallet. If you didn’t have the right NFTs, you didn’t qualify.
The snapshot happened before the Metamon game launch, and the airdrop was distributed on October 12 at 16:00 UTC. That’s the key date. If your NFTs were listed for sale on OpenSea, LooksRare, or any other marketplace at the exact moment of the snapshot, you were disqualified. No exceptions. No appeals.
Who Got Airdropped Tokens?
Eligibility was split into two clear groups based on NFT type:
- Metamon NFT holders - This included Old Metamon, New Metamon, and Rare Metamon. Each holder received one Potion NFT and 20,000 $RACA tokens.
- MPB (Metamon Planet Badge) holders - These were rarer, higher-tier NFTs. Each MPB holder got 200,000 $RACA tokens. No Potion NFT here - just the big token reward.
That’s a massive difference. One MPB holder got 10 times more tokens than a regular Metamon holder. And since MPBs were limited in supply, only a few hundred people qualified for that top tier.
Why Did They Do It This Way?
Radio Caca didn’t just hand out tokens to everyone who followed them on Twitter. They tied the airdrop to active participation in their ecosystem. Metamon NFTs are part of a play-to-earn game. MPBs are collectibles that grant access to special events and future drops. By rewarding NFT holders, RACA was incentivizing long-term engagement - not speculation.
This approach is smarter than dumping tokens into wallets full of bots. It filters out the flippers. It rewards the builders. And it aligns with how BNB Chain wanted MVBIII to work: real users, real utility, real growth.
What About the Tesla Cybertruck Airdrop?
That was a separate, earlier promotion. When MVBIII was first announced, RACA gave away 1,000 virtual Tesla Cybertruck NFTs to the first 1,000 MPB holders (#0 to #999). These weren’t real cars - they were digital collectibles tied to the campaign. Think of them like digital trophies. Some people resold them on NFT marketplaces for a profit, but their real value was symbolic: proof you were an early supporter.
The Cybertruck airdrop ended before the September Stars announcement. It was a teaser. The $RACA token drop was the main event.
What About the CMC Airdrop?
Before the MVBIII spotlight, RACA ran a CoinMarketCap (CMC) airdrop round 3. It gave out mystery boxes to 5,686 collectors who completed tasks like following RACA’s social channels and verifying their wallets. Those boxes contained random items - some had $RACA tokens, others had NFT skins, and some were empty. It was a way to grow their community before the bigger MVBIII push.
That round is long closed. No more mystery boxes are being handed out.
Did the Airdrop Work?
Yes - but not in the way most people expected.
The price of $RACA didn’t spike immediately after the airdrop. That’s because the recipients were mostly long-term NFT holders, not traders. They didn’t dump their tokens. In fact, many kept them as part of their in-game economy.
The real win? Engagement. Metamon’s user base grew. The Potion NFTs became useful in-game items. And the MPB holders - the top tier - became ambassadors for the project.
Compare this to other airdrops where 80% of recipients sell their tokens within 48 hours. RACA’s approach was different. It built a core group of users who actually used the product.
What Happened After the Airdrop?
After October 12, RACA didn’t disappear. They joined forces with other MVBIII Monthly Stars - Kine, Mars Ecosystem, O3 Swap, and Thetan Arena - for a six-day event from November 3 to 8, 2025. There were live streams, giveaways, and cross-project collaborations.
One of the biggest moments? A live Q&A where RACA’s team showed off new Metamon game features powered by the Potion NFTs. Players could now use their airdropped potions to unlock rare abilities in the game. That’s real utility - not just a token balance.
Is There Another RACA Airdrop Coming?
Not officially. As of November 17, 2025, there are no announced airdrops tied to MVBIV or any new program. The September Star airdrop was a one-time event.
That doesn’t mean RACA won’t run more in the future. But if they do, they’ll likely follow the same model: tied to NFT ownership, with clear rules, and no second chances. Don’t wait for a tweet. If you want to be eligible, you need to own the right NFTs before the snapshot.
How to Avoid Missing the Next One
If you’re still interested in RACA’s ecosystem, here’s what to do now:
- Check your wallet for any Metamon or MPB NFTs you might still own.
- Follow RACA’s official Discord and Twitter - they announce snapshots and events there first.
- Don’t list your NFTs on marketplaces if you’re waiting for an airdrop. Even a single listing during the snapshot can disqualify you.
- Keep an eye on BNB Chain’s MVB program announcements. Monthly Stars are chosen based on on-chain activity, not marketing.
There’s no shortcut. No bot that can get you in. It’s all about being active in the ecosystem before the snapshot.

November 18, 2025 AT 14:24Man, I remember when I first heard about this airdrop. I had like three Metamons sitting in my wallet, didn't even think they mattered anymore. Then I checked the snapshot rules and realized I’d listed one on LooksRare two days prior. Classic me. No second chances, right? But honestly? I’m kinda glad they did it this way. Too many airdrops just flood the market with flippers. This felt like a real community builder.
Now I see people in Discord talking about how they used their Potion NFTs to unlock new Metamon abilities. That’s actual utility. Not just ‘I got free tokens, sold them, moved on.’ The game’s alive because of this. BNB Chain knew what they were doing.
And the MPB holders? 200k tokens? That’s wild. I’d kill for one of those. But I get it - they’re rare, they grant access to exclusive events, they’re not just collectibles. They’re keys. And RACA didn’t hand those out like candy. Smart move.
Compare that to the CMC mystery boxes - total lottery. Some got tokens, some got skins, some got nothing. Felt like a marketing gimmick. This? This was strategy.
Also, the Tesla Cybertruck NFTs? Pure meme gold. I saw one sell for 5 ETH. Like, bro, it’s a digital car. But it meant something. Proof you were there before the hype. And now? Those holders are the OGs. They show up to every AMA. They don’t sell their tokens. They play the game.
I’m not saying everyone should’ve gotten in. But if you’re gonna build something real, you reward the builders. Not the speculators. And RACA did that. Quietly. Without the Twitter tantrums. Respect.
